First of all, she recognized the value of the property and wasn’t just entering numbers into tables and looking at “comps.” Quite honestly, we were wowed with her professional, yet congenial manner. When the meeting concluded and she left, we looked at each other and knew we had our person. She did not disappoint. She or her team were “on call” and responded immediately. Her team reflected the same professionalism and care that she projected. By a bit of luck, our home went into contract before it listed so although our experience was abbreviated, Carrie took us through to the closing with unexpected ease. We could not have been happier with the entire experience.
