Carrie did an amazing job from start to finish with the sale of the home we were in for over 19 years. Because we had been there so long we had her come in prior to being ready to sell to make sure we had an understanding of what needed to be done to best position us. She connected us with several of her contacts to best prep our place.
Prior to even being listed, she was able to bring a buyer to us and within two days of that had an offer and were under contract the following day. All of this happened a week after Thanksgiving which is not typically the most ideal time to sell in Chicago - a further testament to not only how good she is, but also how strong her network is. In addition, she has a great team who helped throughout the process right up to the final walk-through. There are some great realtors in Chicago and Carrie is right at the top of the list! I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Isn’t it great when you hire a professional who listens to you?! Well, Carrie is that professional. We had our sites set on a building, which was not for us. Carrie walked thru the property with us, and several others. Asking many questions along the way. She immediately had other buildings/suggestions. It only took 2 more 1/2 days and we would have been pleased to close on any one of three properties she showed us, all ranging in price from below our low end and up to our max. Almost all of them were pocket listings, pretty impressive!
