THE FIRST STEPS
If you’re not paying cash, you’ll need to connect with a local and experienced mortgage lender to get a pre-approval letter for financing. The lender will identify how much home you can afford, determine a monthly payment you’re comfortable with, and provide a pre-approval letter that shows sellers you’re serious and qualified when submitting an offer. I have trusted lenders if you need a referral.
YOUR PERFECT HOME
Write an offer
My job is to find your perfect home! I will use my networks, my connects and the off-market network to find the one! I’ll analyze comparable sales on the home and review with you, and craft a strategic offer. Contracts can be confusing and overwhelming, but I’ll walk you through the specifics so that you feel confident and at ease. Once the offer is accepted, both you and the seller will sign the contract, and you’ll be under contract! An inspection of the home and an appraisal will be conducted along with a 5 business day attorney review. I will be by your side, guiding you every step of the way. I have inspectors, attorneys, contractors, designers, and everyone you will need.
THE HOME STRETCH
Clear to close
After attorney review is completed, you’ll work with your mortgage lender on your loan application and the bank will order the appraisal. The appraisal informs the lender if the home is worth the amount you agreed to pay. Once your loan is completed, you will be given the “Clear to Close”! This is an exciting time because we are off to closing and you will move in to your perfect home!
